Although
driving the roads in Tenerife is a pleasant experience, it should be
borne in mind when traveling to catch the plane to the North Tenerife
Airport TFN - Los Rodeos that there may be queues on the north
highway. Usually it is:
Monday
to Friday: from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from Tacoronte to La
Laguna.
Saturdays
and Sundays: mid-afternoon, from Icod to Puerto de la Cruz.
You
can check the state of the roads on the Website of the Road Information Center.
Remember
that although Tenerife is a very small island, there are 2 airports,
and it may happen that even if you have landed at the north airport,
the return would be by the southern airport TFS - Reina Sofia.
